Parent and baby classes will introduce your baby to the water in a gentle, safe and encouraging way. Parent participation is required for this class. You will be in the pool with your baby assisting them as they establish their enjoyment and confidence.

Our classes build water confidence and teach floating and basic swimming through group activities and water play. Parents must provide in-water supervision.

These classes are all about establishing children's familiarity of the water by practising paddle hands, leg kicks, floating and safe entry and exit from the water. As the class progresses, focus moves to unassisted skills and the development of water treading and the freestyle stroke.
